I. Foreign teachers applying for residence permit for the first time must make the application in person at Chongqing PSB office with help from the International Office. The International Office may do the residence permit renewing for foreign teachers.

II. Documents that foreign teachers should offer for the residence permit application.

1. The original and duplication of valid passport and visa.
2. Certificate of registration for foreigner’s temporary stay issuedby the local police station.
3. The original health certificate issued by Chongqing Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau.
4. The original and duplication of foreign Expert Certificate.
5. Official letter of application offered by the host university.
6. Completed application form for residence permit with a passort photo stamped.
7. Accompany family members should offer the certificate of the relationship while providing the above documents.
