1    Formal International students who hold ordinary passports and registers can dwell in International students' apartment of our school.

         2    International students must obey apartment administrator's arrangements and live in the appointed room. They can’t move out and take up other rooms without permission.

         3    International students can share a suite of flat or apply for living alone. If they’re not live solitarily, the International student office's will arrange a room with a vacant bed. Please don’t refuse the arrangement of merge room.

         4   If some International students want to move out, they should inform International students office beforehand. Then they can move out after finishing relevant formalities and pay off all the charges.

         5   International students should hand in a quarter’s rent in advance and should pay the fees for water, gas, electricity on fifth of each month in International students office.         

         6  The foreigners who lose the International students’ qualification of living in our school should clean up the flat in allotted time and go through formalities of check-out in International students' office.

         7  International students shouldn't do any things that infringe the law of China and the rule of school in International students’ apartment. Don’t transfer privately or sublet their flats, or put others up for the night in the flats.

         8  International students can receive visitors in the flats, but visitors must leave before eleven o'clock at  night.

         9  International students should maintain cleanness in the flat and non-congestion in the corridor consciously. Don't pile up or abandon articles in public or raise pets in the flats.

       10  International students have the freedom of religious belief, which shall not be interfered by the school authority. But any  outdoor pasting or suspending of religious stuff is forbidden.

       11  International students should keep quiet and order in the apartments. Shouldn't carry on any activities, which will disturb others' study and rest, such as dancing, making noises or playing music loudly.

       12  Correctly use installations in the apartment. Shouldn't disassemble and reassemble the pipeline and circuit in the flats without permission. If the installations have problems under theyr normally use, the apartment administrator will be in charge of them. But if the problems are caused by man-made damages, the international student should undertake the charge of them.

       13  International students can normally use different kinds of small-sized electrical appliances. If they want use great power electrical appliances (over 500 W), they must ask for international students office's permission and they can use it after their approval.

       14  They should use the water heaters and the gas cook-stoves correctly and open the window and the fan in the kitchen when using these facilities. Before going out, they should make sure that they’ve turn off all the switch of facilities.

       15  International students shouldn't set off crackers or combustibles in the apartments. They will undertake the  responsibility for a fire caused by that behavior by themselves, or be ascertained criminal responsibility by judicial organs for a grave one.

       16  International students should cooperate with the apartment administrator to check up or maintain flats and shouldn’t refuse. They can’t change or install lock by themselves without permission.

       17  International students should take care of their own possessions. If they lost some of them carelessly by themselves, office would not pay for them.

       18  International students must strictly abide by these regulations above, if they violate one of them, international students  office will give corresponding discipline according to what they have done, or expel them from school.
