This college lies beside “Hongyang Village”, a beautiful historical scenery, and takes up 85 mu. It has trained a lot of high level teachers, including 176 teaching stuff, 37 associate professors and the above, 47 lecturers and about 2000 full-time students.

According to its teaching patterns, it offers four-year ordinary graduate, three-year & five-year ordinary speciality, three-year vocational speciality, and it sets up pre-school education, music education, fine arts education, dancing education, English teaching etc. with complete modern teaching facilities.
