This college was established in 1956. Because of the sustained effort of all teaching staff for over 40 years, the schooling scale is expanding continuously and research level is improving constantly. It has trained more than 6000 teachers of biological education successively. At present, it offers master degrees in zoology and theory of curriculum and instruction for modern biological education and technique and biological science and technique are set up for full—time undergraduates. To date, it has 290 full—time undergraduates and 18 masters.
