This college is one of initially established departments with 50—year history to date, and changed into college of chemistry from chemistry department in June 2004. It has 34 teaching staff, including 22 professionals, 5 professors, 13 associate professors (plus senior experimentalists), 4 doctors and there are complete experimental equipment, 7000—square meter experimental building, 5 basic chemical experimental laboratories and 10 large—scale instrument experimental laboratories. The college offers chemistry and science education for undergraduates.
